Refund/ charge-back Policy:Upon entering into a contratual concurrence with Axistem Co. you are hereby in Agriment with Axistem Co. refund policy and all limitations pertaining to this policy. All Axistem Co start-up and setup transactions are final and non-refundable. The cost of, but not limited to,account set-up, database set-up, payment and account processing, data uploading, data synchronization, archiving, retrieval, data storage, billable hours,designing, design resources, printing, and miscellaneous fixed and variable costs are included in the price of the start-up fee, also known as your first monthly payment, are nonrefundable. Client understands fully that the second month payment and subsequent payments are due the first of the month following the first 30 days set-up period. Client delays in submitting material and/or approving artwork will not have any affect on thisbilling cycle. Subsequent monthly payments are due upon receipt the tirst of the month thereafter and are non refundable. This contract may beterminated by either party, at any time, for any reason with 30 days notice. Complete customer email lists will be provided to clients provided theirAxistem Co. account is current.
Cangellation Policy: This contract may be cancelled by either party, for any reason, with 30 days prior WRITTEN notice. Client will be billed and agrees to pay tinal month. Final database will be returned to client once final payment is received. Authorization: I agree that the information above is correct and give written consent to axistem Co. to bill the business by credit card named above (or direct billing as indicated above) for the sen/ices and subscriptions in this agreement under the specinc service I have circled and chosen above. I understand all the charges above, including the service/refund policies stated above.
